RETURN POLICIES

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.


To qualify for a return:


• Items must be unworn, unused, and free from odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or damage.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.


The following items are not eligible for return:


• Pre-order items

• Clearance or sale items

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Orders paid through Affirm or PayPal


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


If a prepaid return label is provided by Double Bar S Western Wear, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.


Returns received that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

 

 


PRE-ORDER POLICY


ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.


By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made.

• Pre-orders are non-refundable.

• Pre-orders are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

• Estimated arrival and shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturer, supplier, shipping, customs, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

• If a supplier is unable to fulfill an item, Double Bar S Western Wear will contact you regarding available options.

• By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that pre-order items are ordered specifically for customers.
